My Heart For You

A 20 ton press is used to press a piece of sterling silver into a die to create the heart top of this pendant. This leaves an open backside that can then be covered to finish the pendants as a hollow heart.

There is just enough room on the front to have 1 or two tiny initials engraved while on the backside there is a tiny heart stamped onto it.

Once tumbled the pendant was then given an oxidized finish to help show off all of it's beautiful details with a final tumble to give it shine.

This heart pendant comes with an 18" sterling silver necklace chain.

This necklace is part of the Reaching Back Collection. This Collection is about creating new pieces of jewellery with dies and designs from the late 1800's. Giving them life once again and saving the work of master carvers long gone.

*Materials: Sterling Silver, 18" Sterling Silver Chain

*Pendant Length: 1/2" wide x 3/4" long from the top of the bail.

*Oxidized finishes are not completely permanent! The colours will change in appearance, especially with daily wear. While your jewellery has received a chemical application of Liver of Sulfur as a surface treatment, it will wear off in the high areas over time causing a patina that is unique to each piece.
