Refund policy

Return/Exchange Policy:

*ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES AND NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
*For all other items on the website, if you are not satisfied with your purchase then contact us in regards to your issue at rrbrown@sasktel.net within 3 days of receiving the item.
 *If your return request is accepted you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package within 7 days of receiving it for an EXCHANGE or CREDIT ONLY.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all tags/cards and in it's original packaging. You will also need to include your contact information and the receipt or proof of purchase.
*The package must be shipped in it's original packaging and be insured for the full purchase price with a tracking number, with in 7 days of receiving it. Return costs are at the expense of the buyer.

We will not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
