Shipping policy
NOTE: Due to the tariff changes in the U.S.A., Roxanne Brown Jewellery has stopped shipping to the United States until further notice.
I will be using Canada Post for shipping, the level of service and speed of delivery will depend on which option the customer chooses to purchase. I will do my very best to be certain that the shipping address is as correct as it has been entered upon purchase but once it is in the hands of the postal service, I can no longer be held responsible for any package that goes missing or may be lost or damaged in transit.
There are other shipping options offered at checkout and it is up to you the purchaser to choose the correct shipping method that fits your needs.
All customs, taxes and duties upon arrival are the sole responsibilities of the purchaser.
Damages
Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective in it's workmanship or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and attempt to make it right.
If damage occurs due to the shipping company then you will need to approach them first in an attempt to get compensation.
